All Pickups:

On Time Transportation Network will allow a grace period of 15 minute for all scheduled pickups, not originated from Air Ports and Cruise Ship.

Any excess waiting time that is absorbed by On Time Transportation Network will be charge with the type of vehicle hourly rate and driver gratuity.

The waiting time will be billed in 15 minute increments.

 

Airport/Cruise Ship Arrival Pickups.

Airport and Cruise Ship pickups are based on your travel information that was provided when the service was requested. On Time Transportation Network assign vehicle for Airport pickup according to the flight estimated arrival provided by the airline for the flight number that was provided when the service was requested. If there is a change of flight number it is the responsibility of the prospective passenger to bring to the attention of On Time Transportation Network reservation on timely manner and On Time Transportation Network will make the necessary adjustments to provide the service.

All domestic airport flight will be given a 45 minute grace period from the time shown as arrived on the appropriate screen at the airport terminal and all international flight will have 60 minute from the time the flight shown as arrived. Any excess waiting time beyond the grace time will be billed and the charge will reflect as waiting time. If the prospective passenger have a problem to meet his(her) assigned driver the prospective passenger have an obligation to call the reservation department at 888-909-5554 to find about his(her)service. If the prospective passenger leave the pickup location without making the necessary call On Time Transportation Network will treat the service as a NO SHOW and the full amount of the quoted charge will be applied to the form of payment.

 

Charters.

All charters booking have a minimum hourly rate. The hourly rate begin on the scheduled pickup time till the passenger freed the driver form the needed service. Each vehicle have different hourly limitation and obligation and inquire within for the type of vehicle and service you are seeking. . All charters cancellation are subjected to a charge in the amount quoted at the time of the service request. The allowable time to cancel a charter

Service is six hour prior the pickup time.

Booking/Late Bookings

All booking less than 3 hours is considered a NOW call. On Time Transportation Network will provided the service, if we accept the request and there will be no cancellation once submitted. Any cancellation will trigger a charge to the full amount of the service and your payment method will be chard.

Cancellation

On Time Transportation Network will honor all cancellation that was booked beyond 6 hours windows. To cancel your reservation just call us 3 hour prior your pickup and we will provided a confirmation for the cancellation. Not! There will be no cancellation for all reservation that was booked based on NOW request. All no shows are subjected to a full service charge.

State and Local Law.
The California Department of Motor Vehicles requires that passenger are properly restrained by a safety belt. If a rider have a problem using a safety belt or no how to use it please ask for assistance from our courteous driver.

Smoking

The California Public Utilities Commission prohibits smoking in commercial vehicle. This is also On Time Transportation Network policy not to allow smoking in any of our fleet. We appreciate this cooperation as we provide to serve you for a long time to come.
